In this talk, Dr Pillai (Baba) recalls His most recent incarnation as Swami Ramalinga who acquired a Light Body and ascended into Light in 1874.
Swami Ramalinga is most well known for the mantra, Arut Perum Jyothi, the ultimate mantra to turn the body to Light. This mantra was given  by the divine being Shiva Himself to Swami Ramalinga.

According to Dr Pillai (Baba) in His book “Life Changing Sounds”:

1. the meaning of this mantra is: All knowingness (God) is an illumined Light. The Light is also compassion. 
2. Arut means Intelligence. Intelligence is the grace of God. Continuously chanting Arut Perum Jyothi will allow the Infinite Divine Intelligence to fill you.

Dr Pillai (Baba) recommends that while chanting Arut Perum Jyothi, visualise grace as vast light pouring down from Heaven. The light comes down and it comes in through the top of your head. Visualise the vast grace light getting into every cells of your body. Feel the Grace of God in every part of you.
