Hi, at 8.43 mins in the video ‘Key Manifesting Principles: PART 3 ‘, Mohini says ‘if u r seeking more clarity, we are going to be working with quantum sounds and techniques today that actually give clarity.’ Please let me know what are the sounds and techniques that give clarity. thank-you.
Hi, the two quantum sounds are AH and ARA KARA. I’ll post videos of Mohini teaching both sounds (and their accompanying meditations) in the next few days.

When Mohini guides attendees during Yogic Sleep, we switch off all the lights in the hall are off so I am unable to film this segment of the program.

Yes, that is the one. On the MP3 track, Yogic Sleep is listed as “Evening Sleep”.
