There are many cultures especially tribal people who go into divine trance by dancing and music, this is a true way of connecting with God. I think its one tibal people from Kenya or the Dogon, they dance and dance jumping up and down and then they say they feel a heat rising up there spine which they call num and they go into trance, the dervishes also go into divine trance by there dancing.
Yes, Rashida. I have a book about this group of people in Africa who dance and play the drum all night long. They use the dance and music to heal themselves of illness and diseases. People have been healed of diseases that was considered impossible! Let us all dance and play music.
