This year, Guru Purnima (Full Moon Night of the Guru) falls on 25th July 2010 (Sunday).

Each month, the full moon is associated with manifestation and abundance and is celebrated as an auspicious time to maximize your material and spiritual goals. However, of all the full moon days, Guru Purnima is the single most powerful full moon night of the year.  On Guru Purnima, the moon, who is the embodiment of the Goddess herself, sends down powerful divine energy that has a tremendous impact upon the awakening of spiritual centers within the human brain. On this most auspicious night too, you can access the blessings of ascended masters  and  divine beings who specially visit the earth plane to freely confer their blessings on spiritual seekers to give them a boost on their spiritual journey.

Guru Purnima is also the most powerful night of the year to access the blessings of the Guru, your spiritual shepherd, for your own prosperity and enlightenment. The sacred word Guru means the illuminating light of wisdom that removes of the darkness of ignorance. The Guru’s form is regarded as the basis of meditation, the Guru’s feet are the basis of worship, Guru’s words are the basis of mantra (sacred sound), and Guru’s grace is the basis of enlightenment.

Why Is 2010 So Significant?

2010 is a very special year to celebrate Guru Purnima. Predictions from the sacred Siva Nadi leaves state that 2010 is the year numerologically ruled by number 3 (2+0+1+0) which is the number that signifies the Guru. Therefore, 2010 is the Year of the Guru and celebrating Guru Purnima this year will bring you unimaginable blessings!

We are organising a special Guru Purnima Intensive to propel you to your highest evolutionary states of spiritual and material consciousness possible.  Dr. Pillai (Baba) is recording an exclusive DVD for this year’s Guru Purnima, where He will give you special techniques for your spiritual and material evolution.  Dr Pillai (Baba) will guide you by DVD through a series meditations and chants that will prepare you to fully receive His special Guru Purnima empowerment and blessings.

Our Guru Purnima event will be led by Mohini from the US. Mohini is Dr Pillai (Baba)’s close disciple who has been teaching Dr Pillai (Baba)’s techniques for the past 18 years.
